Our meals are provided fresh daily. Every nutritious meal serves 1/3 of the RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) of protein, fats, carbohydrates, and nutrients for a senior adult. Each meal provides 3-4 ounces of protein, two 1/3 cup servings of vegetables, two 1/3 cup servings of fruits, and 1 1/2 - 2 ounces of whole/refined grains. A registered dietitian approves the menu. Fresh and fresh frozen foods are used as often as possible. Our menu is diabetic-friendly and does not include any added sugar or salt. We are unable to accommodate food allergies at this time.

Participants may request a Meat or Vegetable Substitute Meal in place of what is offered on the menu. Substitute Meal requests must be received by noon the previous day.
