Our meals are provided fresh daily. Every nutritious meal serves 1/3 of the RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowance) of protein, fats, carbohydrates, and nutrients for a senior adult and provides 3-4 ounces of protein, two 1/3 cup servings of vegetables, two 1/3 cup servings of fruits and 1 1/2 - 2 ounces of whole/refined grains. The menu is approved by a registered dietitian. Fresh and fresh frozen foods are used as often as possible. We currently do not offer diabetic meals although our menu is diabetic friendly and does not include any added sugar or salt. We are unable to accommodate food allergies at this time.
Participants may request a Meat or Vegetable Substitute Meal in place of what is offered on the menu. Substitute Meal requests must be recieved by noon the previous day.
